Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on sale items, or accessories.

WITHIN 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date, you may return or exchange items you purchased from us. Email us at customercare@kimshui.net immediately for return authorization information.

AFTER 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

ALL REFUNDS are subject to 8% RE-STOCK FEES.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns are as follows:-
Customer has to bear shipping cost both sides if he/she wants to return the item. The actual shipping costs will be deducted for all international returns.

For international returns, customers are fully responsible for all associated tariffs, duties, customs fees, and any other import/export charges incurred during the return shipping process. These costs are determined by the destination country's regulations and cannot be covered or reimbursed by our company.

Our return policy is however subject to the following:

• (a) Items should be returned unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• (b) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
• (c) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
• (d) All custom made and made to measure orders are non-returnable.

We will not exchange or accept returns to any items that have been used, have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents.
